Upbeat paced transplanting of seedlings into our various containers. Transplanting seedlings into flats on a conveyor belt.  Filling containers with dirt.  Tagging product and constructing flower baskets.  Moving plants from one growing station to another.  Typically will work in groups sizes ranging from 2 to 6 other people.   

Other task as assigned.  

Part and Full-time applicants welcome.  We work Monday - Friday between 8am and 4:30pm and will consider applicants with reasonable part time availability during those hours.

Work location is 360 Zeandale Rd. Manhattan, KS

Positions are seasonal and available between Mid-January – late April/mid May.

Required Skills/Knowledge

• Ability to grasp with fingers/hands.
• Ability to bend/stoop repeatedly for several hours.
• Ability to work standing on feet for several hours.
• Ability to lift 20lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to work in various climates ranging from 35 degrees to 90 degrees, and ability to handle long term sun exposure.

Position starts at $13/hr.
